I am Yves Francois, born in Paris, France. The country where gourmet, cuisine, baking, and pastries are considered excellent.
Curious and eager to learn, I started training with some of the best culinary professionals at the “Les Compagnons du Devior” school in Bordeaux, France, as a baker and pastry chef.
I mastered my skills by working in different bakeries in Paris.
The dream of having my own bakery was always my goal and in 2014, I decided to move to the US where I was able to make my dream come true. Proud of my professional career, I created my establishment named “L’Atelier des Pains - French Artisan Bakery” in 2021. Now, I am ready to welcome you to my bakery in Delray Beach!
